Universal Studios The Simpsons Bumblebee Man's Taco Truck Fish Taco

Universal Studios Orlando offers some great food options and one of my favorite spots to pig out when I am there is at Springfield USA (A.K.A: The Simpsons Land). One of the many food options found in Springfield USA is The Bumblebee Man's Taco Truck. There are 4 different taco dishes to choose from... Korean Beef, Chicken Taco, CarneAsada Taco, & Fish Taco. All the taco dishes come with a side of chips, but sadly no salsa. In this review my focus was on the Fish Tacos ($8.49). For theme park food I have to say these are not bad, but they are far from the best I have ever had. Individuals who are big fans of fish tacos like myself may not enjoy these as much as someone trying fish tacos for the first time. I gave the Korean Beef Tacos a try and decided that they were the better option at only $7.99.

Universal Studios Sideshow Bob Footlong

When you go to any theme park you expect to over pay for food and the Sideshow Bob Footlong is no exception. The bright side of this theme park treat is that it is at least tasty! Coming in at $8.99 this Nathan's all beef Footlong comes topped with Chili, Cheese Sauce, Coleslaw, & Diced Onions. There is no need to add anything to this dog! The sweetness of the coleslaw and onions complimenting the mild spiciness of the chili is a winning combination. The dog also comes with a side of fries which are pretty standard, but none the less appetizing! Be sure to stop by the Krusty Burger next time you are at Springfield USA in Universal Studios Orlando & grab yourself a Sideshow Bob Footlong!

Outback Steakhouse Takeout Hamburger... Who Ate My Tomato???

Looks good right? Okay maybe not so much... maybe not even a little bit. Can you imagine my disappointment coming home with my takeout from Outback Steakhouse to find this... Did someone eat half of my tomato before squashing onto my hamburger? The lettuce was so wilted it looked like it had been sitting in a pot of boiling water. Oh but I did get 5 pickles!!! To bad I don't like pickles though. As gross as it looks I payed for it and I was hungry so you better believe I ate it... Minus the Tomato, Lettuce, and Pickles of course. In the end the burger tasted fine, but not worth ordering again. I tried to scrape off as much mustard as I could, but it had already been to absorbed into the bun by the time I got home. The only thing I added was some ketchup and mayo. Take my advice and skip Outback Steakhouse's burger or don't... You can eat whatever you want. Enjoy!
